The Part page allows you to search your part inventory by keyword or using Chromium’s advanced search filters.
Search by Keyword
With ITrack Chromium’s Keyword Search, you are able to search for a part by using multiple keywords. The Keyword Search will search the following fields:

Part Type

Manufacturer

Model
-
Vehicle Make
-
Vehicle Model
-
Year
-
All Custom Fields
-
Category
-
Serial #

OEM #

UPC

Search using Advanced Filters
The Advanced Filters allow you to specify multiple details about the part prior to searching. You are able to collapse these settings for more screen space by clicking on Hide Advanced Fields.
Part Section
Use this section to select and enter information regarding the part specifically, like the Part Type, Part Manufacturer, Part Model, etc.

Replenishable – If checked, returns results that only contai parts that you have marked as replenishable
-
Needs Reordered – If checked, returns results that are below their minimum quantity
-
Needs Images – If checked, returns results that do not have an image associated to them in the Attachments tab of the Parts Info screen
Custom Fields Section
Custom Fields are set up by the user in the Configuration > Inventory settings and can differ between Part Types.
Vehicle Section
Use this section to enter information regarding the vehicle the part is associated with, such as the Vehicle Year, Make, Model, and Interchange #.

To use the Interchange # field, fill out Part Type and Year, and either Vehicle Make and Model or Part Manufacturer and Model

If there are interchange records found matching these fields, you will then be prompted to select one

If the Interchange # field is filled out, the Search will ignore the Vehicle Make, Model, and Year fields
-
This is because an Interchange # could also match a part from another vehicle
-
Flex Fields
Flex Fields provide more search options that allow you to narrow down your results even more.
