Getting Started

Before you start using Chromium, it is recommended that you contact the support team to schedule some training and onboarding. If you have data you want to import, they can help you format it and get it imported into your database. Email support@isoftdata.com or call 1-800-929-1829 x3.

When you first sign up for Chromium, you will receive an email with a web address (a URL), and login credentials.

Use any web browser to access Chromium. It is recommended that you bookmark your site for easier access. If you use Chromium on a mobile device such as a tablet or smartphone, you may also want to add Chromium to your home screen or install the app through your browser. Note that every browser and device is different, please refer to your device manufacturer for assistance.
