eBay Integration

The eBay integration connects your ITrack Chromium inventory to your eBay store, letting you manage listings directly from your part records. When enabled, your parts data syncs with eBay so you can list, update, and track inventory without having to manage it in two places.

The eBay Integration is currently in Beta. This means ISoft expects most functionality to work, but please let us know if you encounter any issues so we can address them right away.

1️⃣ Before You Get Started

You need a few things set up on eBay before you can connect it to ITrack.

Active eBay Store — You must have an active eBay Store subscription. A standard eBay seller account without a store subscription is not supported. Inventory will be listed on your store, Chromium does not create auction listings.

Visit eBay’s Seller Center for more information on stores, and to figure out which store subscription is right for you.

eBay Business Policies — Your eBay store must have the following business policies configured before you can connect it to ITrack:

  • Payment Policy — Defines how buyers are expected to pay.

  • Shipping Policy — Defines your shipping options, carriers, and handling time.

  • Return Policy — Defines your return and refund terms.

If you haven't set these up yet, you can manage them in your eBay Business Policies settings. You can find these by going to your Account > Account Settings > Selling > Business Policies.
